Its time to create a spreadsheet!

Its time to gather up your old results and the new.
Implementing your results side by side in a spreadsheet is extremely informative when reviewing your healthy history and current state. When you do this you can start to see some 'trends' in your results. Are certain points slowly dropping? Growing? Or how about a significant change? When you do this important questions arise...like, WHY is this happening?
Now, "Why is this happening?" might seem like an obvious question. But think about it for a moment. The last time you went to the doctor to review your results (or the PA called to review) WERE YOU PREPARED TO ASK THE RIGHT QUESTIONS?
Benjamin Franklin once said "By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail". Organizing your results makes you advocate for your health. Its time we start being proactive AND less reactive with our health. Asking these vital questions can make all the difference.
Also, looking a trends over time can help you understand more about your PERSONAL reference ranges. You have a unique biochemistry that is very different from others that surround you. (This is also why I feel there is no ONE diet for everyone!) As you start to implement healthy strategies to coach up your body and you see the results in your panels; this is where you can discover your 'in the zone' ranges. Continue to compare your results in the future with these 'in the zone' ranges. This is such a powerful insight and for some can be the difference between life and death. This is a strong statement BUT remember, staying a proactive participant in your health journey IS A TOP PRIORITY! You only have one body and it depends on you to survive!
